About Me

I am a bookkeeper and consultant with a passion to personally help short-term rental owners and property managers have a clear understanding of their business’s financial state and help them make their rental business all that it can be.

I work specifically with vacation rental owners and property managers because the short-term rental industry is a business that I know and enjoy. I owned and operated my own vacation rental in Chattanooga, TN, which means I can relate to the situations that my VR clients are experiencing. Unlike standard bookkeepers, I do not try to make the rental business fit the mold of a generic small business. In fact, I have created an accounting and reporting system designed specifically for the short and long-term rental industry. I seek to not only be a bookkeeper but an advisor whom my clients can trust and who will take pride in their businesses.
